I would like to sell this Jeff Herke arm cuff which fits an Etrac. I removed this from a machine some time ago when I sold it. This cuff does not have the stand which together I think sells for $65. The cuff by itself sells for $45 new. I have included a new Velcro arm strap. You will have to find a screw that will fit this to an Etrac which shouldn't be more than .75 cents, or you can just use wire ties to hold this on the Etrac, which I did.
