etrac help

i got my etrac last month. today i went out and dug 5 pennies then no hits for 15 minutes. took some change out of my pocket went over in and nothing. any ideas what is wrong

first disconnect and re-connect the coil plug......

If that does not work then try the reset and then if still nothing the master reset

Do you have a sunray pinpointer, if so make sure that the switch is in the coil mode.

Doesn't the E-Trac have a learn accept/reject function? Are you supposed to turn it off after you teach it to reject something or else it will learn to reject everything you sweep the coil over. Just an idea. I don't own one.

Going out hunting tues and wed mornings next week with my e-trac. I'm no pro, but I can definately take a look at it if your available to hunt any of those days and in this area. send me a pm if interested.
