This pig was recently bought from an estate. I would like to know what it is? its composition? and its value?

Most likely onyx. Mexico used to sell that stuff in it's curio shops in the 70's

and they still do today. Or you can head up 87 to San Antonio and buy a couple of hundred at El Mercado...
