If you're metal detecting sandy beaches, one of these is a requirement for recovering very small items in the sand. These were also found on the beach while metal detecting with a sharp eye.

I normally just dig and kick the sand the PP again. Im fortunate to have good eyes for small targets.... i can even read the inside of the found rings. BUT.... i have to tell you with the new EQ i might just need to adapt .... i was kicking a lot of sand looking at foil. They need to make them more manly lol.

I don't like extra stuff hanging off my belt while detecting. I just use a Stealth scoop with the small screen and a pin pointer.

A stealth S3i scoop :hello2::hello2:work a lot better.

Nothing fancy , but if it gets the job done ! My first scoop i made from an old bleach bottle.
