Congratulations on a really nice recovery. Looks like VB pier in the background.
Huh! All I see is sand lol. I’m in Daytona Fl😂. The real reason I posted this was it’s 14k but rang up a 17 not a low tone of a low number

I have had gold rings ring at IDs of 7 to 70. I have heard of IDs of lower on the Manticore.
On the Equinox 800 I had a lowest reading of 4.
Any number is OK by me...I love to be surprised.

I dug a similar 14k ring with my 600, it rang up as a 20. I thought I was chasing a penny. Only targets I don’t dig are iron and solid 14’s (pull tabs) but a 14/15 jumping around has produced gold rings also.

Gold rings - For me, Manticore VID of 8 w 1.34g 24k ring and 66 w 11g 14k ring. Here is graph of Gold ring weight vs Manticore VID I put together:

For me w Equinox 800 - VID of 5 w 0.8g gold ring and have heard of gold rings up to 26 with heavy ring (don't recall specifics).
Here is some more of my data on gold ring VID:
Gold Ring Numbers on Equinox 800
Listed below are the visual display numbers (VDN) to 19 gold rings. Each check mark (I) represents one gold ring found at that VID. The gold rings varied from 10k to 18k and weight varied from 0.8g to 11.05g. The numbers are based on air test, but generally, these match well with the numbers I get at the beach. Based on Equinox 800 with 15” coil in Beach 1. Air test at 3”. Other settings standard.
