In the 17th century I think the population of Europeans in America would have been tiny. Not many people in a large place, means finds are hard to find (not impossible though).Oh. I didn't notice that, sorry. But there were people over here back that far too. Wonder why we don't find things from them. Maybe they were a bit more careful than Englanders.
The native Americans must have been very careful with metal objects. And also they did not make coins.I just don't see it that way. The population of European based peoples just may have been tiny over here back then. But there was a whole continent of native americans that most of the "modern" peoples tend to forget. They had the gold and silver long before there were Europeans over here. Just seems strange to me that more isn't found from very early on.
Good luck it only takes one signalMaybe they didn't make coins. But they sure as heck made currencies. I'll take an ancient gold and silver beaded necklace anytime! Or maybe just a gold block made to just hold the teepee flap open. Might be difficult to know how old though.
Native Americans were very intelligent ,and not inhabited in North America that hurricanes and earthquakes etc etc ... the weather is also very important and hunting ... just live intensely from mexico to Argentina. ...I just don't see it that way.
