end of season for me

As soon as I find a $90 dollar digital camera that is decent. Any ideas on a camera?I am going to start showing my favorite finds if I can buy a camera.

I'm still digging here in Wisconsin.......snow, digging snow, but I love it, no BUGS! Time to buy and sell coins, snowmobile, go thru my summers finds and check out the auctions. Just went thru a handfull from my bucket and found 1 silver proof quarter and a nice 55d rossevelt dime, neither of which I noticed when I dug them. Quite a few wheaties also. An old friend called and told me to feel free to call when the ground thaws because he started a demolition business and they come across lots of old stuff by accident when they are in the process of tearing down homes, so I'm looking forward to that. Best of luck to those who have unfrozen ground and see ya later.

I can't say that I blame ya... I broke two knives last winter on the frozen ground. Not sure I'm going out too often myself this year...
Beside, too much of anything is not good for ya...
Good luck on the phone collecting, & Happy hunting~

The ground's been frozen here for 2 weeks or more, and there's 6 to 8 inches of that white stuff on it too!

Guess it's time to post on here, drool over everyone else's finds, and just dream of spring & all the good finds we'll make then!

If you're talking about coins, a scanner is better than a camera. you get a perfect picture with lighting built in.
Of course this doesn't work with large objects, unless you want to scan your Polaroids, and that gets expensive.
