Inside inscribed “Volupté” on powder well and on reverse, “Empire State World’s Tallest”. 4 x 4.75cm. It is believed that this compact was sold or distributed at the opening of the Empire State Building on May 1, 1931.

Yeah it looks like it but I can't positively if it from that. What years are those from?
