Emmitt Smith Coin?

I found this in a park in Stover, MO. It is a minted collection coin numbered 28. I looked around on EBay but couldn't find anything like it. If anyone has any information I would be very greatful.

I think the collector card company Pinnacle gave these out in Football card packs.

Check out this auction - 1 of the coins is the same as yours. Pinnacle card company issued these as "milestone" coins back in 1997 - not terribly valueable but still a neat find.
