Found some beautiful serpentine this summer..finally got around to polishing much of it so here it is. Cant wait for summer to get back out and scour elmore for some more beauties. Elmore is considered a serpentine rich area,,also Vermont serpentine is known for taking a nice polish and for its quality and hardness. I just think its beautiful...thinking of making some jewelry or art work with some of this....if I ever learn how ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768247.041482.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768286.275455.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768361.459544.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768504.110312.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768552.293993.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768578.290987.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768617.308272.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768658.958510.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768693.127260.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768719.507250.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768766.808065.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768815.410199.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768844.641888.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768881.208054.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422768915.644720.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422769304.790860.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422769831.274270.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422769854.707508.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770493.841581.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770534.207625.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770562.407622.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770596.591268.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770621.941375.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770647.307656.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770673.524055.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770695.508172.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1422770725.157533.jpg

that's funny because around here serpentine is called Vermont jade...also called moss on snow. I wish it was jade ..I probably wouldn't know if I did. Im also aware of the softer varieties and those kind are around too but this particular serpentine is very hard I would say like a granite. But im wrong a lot so ...couldn't go by me..
