el radabob and rattlesnake keys

does anyone have any info. on el radabob and or rattlesnake keys? i heard that this was the location of some of the first permanent settlements in the upper keys; i am looking for where the settlements were on these keys; any early maps of these areas?

Just out of curiosity, do you mind telling me where you heard there were settlements there? I frequent the area and am intrigued.
