Egg shape rock. Watizit?

Found by a friend above the Salt River Canyon in AZ. It’s about 14” at longest measurement. Any help is appreciated. I know less about the nature of geology than I do women. Pretty much Zilch.

I don't know about a rock; that might actually be a real fossilized dinosaur egg you got there. You might want to have that checked out.

Interesting find. My view from here is limited, so all I can say is egg-shaped with peeling crust. Any known dino finds nearby in this area? AZ is known for dino fossils, so your find may be a candidate.
