Effigie?? Dog face

Very unique and interesting slab I found in Jackson Co. Mi on a river bank. Clearly the face of a dog carved in it. Possibly made of Banded ironstone formation, or an Agate. Any thoughts or further information would be appreciatedView attachment 1034212

It's a cool piece of stone but 100% natural there's nothing carved in it

anyhow it sure is some pretty material
