Idk if this is the right place but I posted some items awhile back and the items where marked as sold but the buyers never paid I got to cancel a few of the transaction but the next day my account was suspended so I couldnt cancel the transactions and got charged

Marked as sold, you mean they were sold? So several people bought stuff and did not pay you? You agreed with the buyers to cancel the transactions and all agreed? Do you know why your account was cancelled? There's only one scenario that makes sense reading that, and that is you used another of your own ebay names to bid, and got caught trying to eliminate the fee after you won and were canceling all the transactions. If it wasn't that, there's got to be more to your story because there's got to be a better reason than that why your account was canceled. Maybe a couple negative feedback, or brutal DSR ratings from the start could do it, but not even sure if that would get you booted in such a point blank way. Again, there's got to be more to the story.

You can call ebay customer service and they will ultimately resolve your issue if you weren`t at fault. Its worth a shot.

You can't just cancel final sales unless both parties agree. The proper way to handle it would have been to open unpaid item cases. If you had several auctions that were unpaid and tried to cancel them all at the same time, it would raise a huge red flag with Ebay.

You can't cancel sales yourself, always need the buyer to participate. If the buyer doesn't respond in a given amount of time, then the case is closed. As a seller you can open a case to cancel any sale, but the buyer can refuse to do so.

I ment, to say agreed with the buyers

Actually you can cancel them yourselves if the buyer does not respond after a certain length of time after a case is opened. If I remember correctly you have to relist the item to get the fees back. Also I think after 30 days (may be different length) you have to pay the fees. Your best bet is to contact Ebay customer service and see if they can help you.

Yes a seller can cancel a transaction and the buyer has 7 days to respond. What I am saying is that if you have too many of these open at one time is that you are going to raise a red flag with ebay.

Not if the buyers haven't paid. You can open as many cases as you want after 4 days, automatically even, if you use the unpaid item assistant.

I would never open a "cancel the transaction" case against a non paying bidder, you open an "unpaid item" case.

That is the proper way to handle it. Several cancel transaction requests at one time could be seen as the seller trying to avoid completing sales for very different reasons.

The OP needs to contact Ebay's customer support and explain why he was cancelling the transactions.

FYI, ebay has customer service and an entire "help" section for issues like this.

I fear the day the garage sales section becomes the ebay help desk...
