This was found in Pontiac Mi. At Lincoln Jr. High...... It was lost (discarded) in May of 1958. by me.....I was taking printing as one of my classes and when a project was completed and given a grade and the teacher was looking the other way instead of putting all the tiny type away properly, I would throw the whole type setting project!!!! Well several years ago I remembered my mis-deeds and decided to go insearch of the evidence....This is about 13 inches long. I found this and several single type pieces!!!!!

When I used to work in a print shop in the '80s, we called those "line guages".
