Easter Birthday Present Surprise!!

I gave my 16 year old nephew my Bounty Hunter IV for his birthday on Easter. He and I have been out with it a couple of times when I'm down there visiting, and he really has fun finding just about anything with it. So I decided to pass it on to him so that we can hunt together with our own machines from now on, and he can hunt whenever he wants now.

Ever since he got it last week he texts me with his finds pics. Mostly clad change, rusty nails, and beer cans so far. He loves it! We haven't had "the talk" about pull tabs yet. I will soon.

I just got a picture and text from him that said "I actually cannot believe I just found this!!" I'm actually blown away with joy for him!!! I'm pretty sure we'll have a new T-Net member as soon as he gets back to Earth!

I bought it just before a week long vacation at the beach when my primary detector went on the fritz. I had a blast with it! I've often wondered why I've bought 3 much more expensive detectors, when the BHT IV found me so much stuff! If it beeps, dig it!!! It's a great machine! (and it apparently still kicks butt! )
