I'm not seeing any threads on the inside and why put a "P" on the end. I don't know what it could be.

It has a couple what appear to be threads and I think it’s a C with a P in it

I’m no expert. For my 2 cents worth I’m going to say an old air valve cap from an old Chicago Pneumatic compressor.

I was thinking cap from air conditioning fill line, but the coarse threads keep me thinking household product, something in a tube maybe...
Chicago Pneumatic is great guess but can't find that exact logo, yet.

I’m just going to assume do to size they used a smaller version of there logo.I know it’s a stretch but I’m 100% sure it’s a cap .thanks for your help

Looking close at the inside, I see a thread that looks like with one twist and its off. If so, a valve stem cap would twist off to easily.

Think of something that is easy to open with one or two twist. Maybe something like trdking said, "toothpaste or hair cream tube cap. Colgate Palmolive"

The first thing I thought of was Chicago Pneumatic But it just didn't fit.
