Got in two hours today at an old site by my house. The large cent is toasted. A few buttons and the Indian. I can't read any of the back marks but I think the eagle button is an early marine corps. Thanks for looking.

Hey Greylock,
Great finds, congrats. I am digging that art-deco Native American Chieftain emblem, maybe off of a piece of furniture? Your USMC uniform button appears to be the same as those from my great-grandfather's World War One USMC uniform. He served 1917-1919. See photos. Mine are all back-marked, "Horstmann.Phila" and I think I can make out some of the same letters on the reverse of your button. A nice piece of military history. Happy hunting, Sub 8-)
