Eagle setting in a tree

I was over at one of my clients home yesterday. His wife said look out there. An eagle was setting in a tree behind there home not very far. They are such majestic creatures

We get to see bald eagles year around here..always a majestic sight, at least until you see one pull his blood-n-guts covered head out of the rotting carcass of a Chum salmon.

I saw one like that also Dizzy... Took the back way off this ridge top once and saw an Eagle sitting on a fence post on edge of dirt road. It just sat there while I stopped car, put passenger window down and was going to try and get a pic. Then I noticed it's whole head was covered in blood and part of its big yellow beak. Never got pic. It pushed off fence post and flew down the dirt road. I looked to see what it might have been eating on but didn't find anything.

I seen that. They emptied here in the winter. Must have been the wind tip it
