✅ SOLVED Eagle G badge

Found this Eagle G badge at 1860 home site in Maryland. Has 2 people in middle with possibly a banner hanging between them. 6 stars and at bottom middle looks like an E and N to right of it. Think there was a letter left of the E.
Anyone have any idea on this piece.
