The back isn't in very good condition but I can make out part of a makers mark a.co

I think you have an early version of a US Army Quartermaster corps emblem.

There was some text across the top of the tire (which I don't think is a ship's wheel). I can read an AR, possibly EAR about where they should be if it said Goodyear.
