You are right Nh. The area an old fairgrounds was the same place where the largest gathering of Vermont militia took place.I can't remember exact year of that event but odds are one of those guys lost it.Need to do some more homework I guess.The how it got there aspect of this pastime Really is the most important thing as we do not always find valuable things but are always finding interesting things.Thanks for the reminder.
