✅ SOLVED Eagle button Is it civil war?

Over the past couple weeks its been rain or work keeping me inside. Today the rain stopped at about 1pm and i was detecting by 2. I found a few pennies and a couple buttons and as usual lots of trash.

After doing a little cleaning i found this button to have an Eagle on it. Can anyone tell me if its military and if so what era? I have not found a civil war button yet so i am hoping this might be the one. LOL if its not, i'm good with it. Eventually i will get one.
