Though Post war, It's still a beauty!
The backmark nails it down.
The general design dates to CW Federal Navy,
the Anchor fluke in front of wing, as opposed to behind it, also dates post war design.

The ID is correct but I just want to add that the anchor flute tip behind the wing does not alone date a button because some flute in front of wing types are CW.
