Eagle and Token???

Found these out here in Utah, I hit a couple places near modern and another where the Army was staged during the 1860's.
I found the Eagle button and Token and I cannot pull out anything about them.
If you might know I would appreciate it.
Tennessee Digger mentioned a drum piece, sounds right, I was on the reservation where I found them.
1864 the Army handed over their camp and turned it into a reservation. Bout all I can say..

Your eagle is off of an old banjo. For years, I called them drum tensioners, but having seen other posts on this board as well as some on the Treasure Spot, I recently learned they were from banjos and not drums:
