Sorry it should be ruler not roller auto correct

I sold a dunhill dress lighter for 80.00 recently on eBay.. I dunno about collecting or "worth" other than recently sold listings on eBay.

I have a Dunhill fountain pen with a 14kt gold nib up on eBay right now.

I've only found one Dunhill lighter to buy. This guy in a flea market was putting more stuff out in his booth. I looked in a box of stuff he had and saw the Dunhill roller and pulled it out and said I think I like this, how much?. He didn't have it priced yet and just said "I don't know" 5 bucks? I said deal. It was in poor shape, but I still got 70 bucks out of it. The highest price I ever got for a lighter was $455. for a Zippo. Allot of lighter collectors out there all over the world. Good discovery on this Dunhill ruler lighter, I've never herd of one. It's looking for these kind of discoveries that makes this activity so much fun. I purchase an old dead guys Dunhill pipe in a flea market for like $3.95 and sold it for $280. Dunhill is a name of value and some of their pipes sell in to the thousands.

That would be considered a table lighter and would be left near your cutter and ashtray in the study or office where you smoked

Larger Dunhill lighters are somewhat hard to find and you have a real treasure. If you plan on selling it, I would recommend having it rebuilt so it works like new. It's not cheap but worth it.

Years ago I picked up a sterling Dunhill Roll Gas for 10 bucks but spent 100.00 having it rebuilt. It might be a bit much for some but I've smoked cigars for a number of years, amassed a nice collection of Dunhill smoking products and use them every day with no problems

The place you are looking for is called Authorized Repair Service in Hendersonville, SC

You need to mail it too them so they can give you an estimate but it will be around 100.00 for a full rebuild.

Anything Dunhill is high quality and very expensive. Contact them directly with your questions. They will also fix and restore most of their products. By the way, great find...
