nice cool finds.... garbage = treasure !!!!!

Pretty good for just rooting around some dumpsters! I was going to ask if those were .338 Lapua, but they look a bit long for that.
Thanks for sharing!

Who is on the portrait sitting inside of your palm, Obama?

Those are some impressive finds my friend. You definitely have a better class of dumpsters than we have around here.

Is the Rolex in the fourth picture authentic. Great finds anyway.

Very nice finds... I'm guessing the motorcycle tin toy has to be a reproduction

it's amazing what some people throw away. those toys are really cool.

I find better stuff in dumpsters than I do at estate sales...I never even really did a lot of dumpster diving up until a few years ago when I got into collecting old-ish packaging (like 1970s food and household products.....) -I would go to estate/tag sales and inquire about that stuff..and they would always say they had a dumpster already.......so I knew where to start looking...its amazing how much *good* stuff Ive found - people (and especially realtors) clean out houses in a real hurry...they never dig to the bottom of boxes....I must have found half a pound of silver (mostly silverware and some junk jewlery) in dumpsters last year alone.....
if you see a dumpster in front of a house getting cleaned out (and surprisingly 1940s-60s ranch houses seem to be better than 100+ year old farmhouses) - and you *don't* stop and take a look -you are a fool.....hehe

best stuff is in the bottom of trash bags - when they dump junk drawers and box contents in - if you find a trash bag that rattles with small crap...you *will* find something good!

Very nice! It blows my mind what people will throw away!
