Hey guys the pasture is too dangerous to drive a pickup around in. We are in an extreme fire hazard conditions here. I have to park in a no grass area and walk the rest of the way. Stoney can only go on Sundays so he is dying to get out here. This area will take a pick or spade to dig through. Here is a picture of what this place might of looked like when it was built. The rest is the site. I hope to be back out here with stoney on the 26th. We will use detectors then. Thanks for looking.

The prairie rattler is the nasty one here. The are hard to see. The badger was introduced to a 30.06 I believe.

We are not sure if the place was used for shelter or used for storage.

Real promising site you found .A lot of early settlers didn't make it and left this world with their money in the ground. Good Luck, Bob
