Dug button identification

[Travesty]

I dug this button a few weeks ago and had to soak it for a few weeks to reveal the gilt and image on it. On the top it looks like M.F.G. CO and the bottom says Baltimore. There is a building in the center. I have searched everywhere for both military and civilian buttons and found nothing matching this. Does anyone have an idea what it is?

I know the question will come and forgot to add, the back is gone, what's left is a rusted mess.

wish I could help you out. my only guess is that it's a civilian button. good luck!
