Looks to me like a small Stemmed Point with fire pop damage.

Interesting observation. I didn't look at it this way and you may be right
Here are better pictures. The reverse is pretty unworked. The left side on the front is low grade chert. Do these pictures change your viewpoints? It may be a point and if so, that's pretty neat too!
