Drill, or Projectile?? just found it about an hr ago 10/24

Heartbreaker for sure, but would this have been a drill or a projectile?? Went to my normal spot today, lots of other fresh footprints all over, thankfully, they missed this one.

Without the tip to see if there was any evidence of polish from being used as a Drill it's really hard to say. Is there any signs of polish along the sides close to the break? If not, then I'd say it was more than likely a Projectile Point or Knife.
