Very thin metal, delicate Is how I would describe it,

don't think it is an epaulet, looks kind of like a watch fob or similar

Cool stuff still coming out of the mud. I used to dig the mudflats in Seabrook just over the bridge from Hampton when I was a kid but all I ever got was clams. :coffee2:

One half of a Victorian Sash Buckle, you can see the solder marks where the bar has broken of.
