They are sucking the sand up offshore from the Cape and dumping it in Indialantic southward if that is what you mean.
I saw 4 other guys out there with metal detectors over the weekend, all I found were some aluminum boat parts, a fishhook, a clad peeny and a 1964 penny.

Yes, boardwalk in indialantic has been undergoing dredging for about 2 or 3 weeks now.
