SPeaker is Michael Persinger The video discusses experiment where in one room was somebody sleeping and next room was a person examining a photograph. When the person woke they were able to describe what the photo was. This works best in very low geomagnetic activity.
ANd as usual I don’t have the link handy but it’s a YouTube video channel “Motivation Manifested” the video is titled “Genius discovers How To Access Information From The Field”.
When the magnetic field was disturbed he lost the connection.

My own take here: cosmic rays are higher during times of low geomagnetic activity. I’ve been watching solar activity and even though it is Solar Maximum right now, there are many times of low geomagnetic activity. Www.ngdc.noaa.gov. You can look at the geomagnetic storm index
Persinger says the earth’s magnetic field has enough energy to store the experience of every human being who’s ever lived—with lots of energy left over. He talks about the potential for global resonance.
One time we used to have radar sent out and reflected back in order to see things at a distance. Now the electromagnetic density of all the communications systems is so great they generate a shadow and we don’t have to generate radar emissions any more.
