It's only a few miles away from my house as the crow flies and hunting it would be dang close to MD nirvana, but it's private property and the Carroll family isn't too keen on the public even driving down Manor Lane let alone venturing onto their 900 acre estate.

Oh my!! I figured I'd give it a try, since they've sold a little over 100 acres for a retirement community. I was going to ask permission for that. I still may try! Thanks for the info! HH!!
