Doug Armstrong's Conservator Handbook now being proofed

I'm hoping to have some copies in hand for the cookout, but may only have a proof copy. Submitted Doug Armstrong's book, "Practical Conservation of Archaeological Objects" to the printer today for a proof. 250 pages and about 110 or so photos. Fully indexed this time, with an appendix on his method of cleaning cobs.

If I can get some delivered to me before the 2nd week in November, I can get some signed, but they will cost more because I have to pay shipping twice: once to me, then once to you. Otherwise they are delivered directly to you from Amazon with no signature.

I will not be able to make it to the cookout. I will hit Amazon up when available. Please post when it is available. Thanks. Leebo

Will do.

Salvor6,Thanks for the info.Mike

I noted the Volume 1 designation in your Amazon listing. Are you or Mr. Armstrong planning additional volumes in the future?
No. I don't know why Amazon made that distinction, and they won't let me change it without taking it off the market and going through the initialization process from start to finish.
