Sure love detecting. Was about to give up, heading for the car and these 2 medallions popped out. I couldn't be happier. They are fused together with a small chunk of iron on the corner. I think I'll leave them together. But the Denver piece would look good on its own! Sure love the old Denver stuff! The Eagle is a F. O. E. (Fraternal of Eagles)

Cool find. The two pieces went together like this:

Produced by the Whitehead & Hoag Company. The seller of that one incorrectly describes it as "Fraternal Order of Elks", which uses the same initials as the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
