I'm a little late in getting this one posted, but got out to a construction site in Savannah a few days ago with the HF Elliptical Coil using 26kHz. I like the 3 tone program, setting the first tone for iron/disc at 10, then the second tone at what ever trash is infesting the site, and the third tone popping as a good target. This site had terrible soil, not mineralized but just bad- iron, aluminum, etc. I decided to play around with the tones and set the Disc (first tone) at 0.0, then the second at 58 (both first and second tones set at 120kHz for sound, and third at 994). I also set the iron vol a 0, so all conductive metal below 0.0 is silent. It worked perfectly at Reactivity 3, could get a little depth and still hear the non ferrous in the iron. Here are the finds from the that hunt a few days ago.

One of the Flying Eagles was totally encrusted in iron and the Elliptical Coil still heard it.

Great finds! Those flying eagles are really cool even if they are a little crusty! That looks like a good site your hunting, maybe there's even more there.

Nice finds.

Sweet hunt!!! Congrats

Awesome finds! Kinda crazy but I found the same tiny revolver today with my Deus! Ha! I wonder what they are from or?

They were used to pack Tobacco in pipes

Great finds !! that place gave up a little of everything. Congrats

nice finds and a great way of setting your machine up. Thanks for sharing that.

TWO? flying eagle cents? I'm still waiting for my first after nearly 30 yrs. They may be a bit "toasted" but, I would be a happy detector guy finding them. Nice going Bharping.

Awesome Flying Eagle cents, congratulations! :occasion14:
