Door Knocking in the Wrong Hood Solved

I know this is a sensitive subject, all I know about this item is that I found this at a 1920 home that dose have older history with at least one older property not standing. It is a Ku Klux Klan lead item (yes, I know I ansewed part of the "what is it" question), but what was it's purpose/use, and or has anyone found somthing like this. I just want to know if it was a display item or used for a reason? Thank you for your help!

I cant seem to load Snyders Treasures KKK but I got this. I dont know what they were used for but here is a mold for 5 inch figures. These have value... too bad its broken. Im curious, what state are you in?

Hope this helps. As far as how much is missing, all I know is it is 4" from top to bottom. Thank you to all for your help and input

MR. Eric, This is an original Klan Statue in very poor condition. Bigcypress has a photo of a mold of what these statues were made in.
