Dont know where to begin.

Found this chunk of lead about 10 inches down this morning. It has characters stamped into it. It weighs 2.3 ounces. Wish I had a micrometer for the measurements, hopefully the quarter helps give an idea of its size.

Maybe a printing plate or something on that order. It may have come from a craft kit.

That guitarist looks like an escapee from a Minstrel Show,

or an earlier inverted incarnation of Devo.
