Don's post ID'd rooster whistle

Reading Don's post ID'd a relic i found a few months ago. But I didn't post. I thought it was cute but I didn't think it was anything great. I found it in the same field that I found the GAR button.

I thought it might be the top of a spoon, but Don's post ID'd it to be a whistle. As you can see the back and the bottom are broken.
