Hi Everyone,
As a newcomer to metal-detecting and this forum, I wanted to say thanks for all of your help over the past few months. You guys & gals have been invaluable regarding information and encouragement. I feel like I am off to a terrific start in a hobby that I am sure I will continue for many years. I started late in the year - September to be exact - and have been lucky enough to have some very good finds in a short period of time. Here in Indiana, snow is on the ground and the freeze has set in, so I'm calling it quits for the season.
Here are my totals for 2010:
61 Quarters (1 silver)
112 Dimes
2- Mercury Dimes (1938)(1942)
1- Barber Dime (1902)
1- Indian Head Penny (1896)
40 - Nickels (5 silver)
450- Pennies
19 - Wheaties
8 - Tokens
3 - Silver Rings
1- 1936 Buffalo Nickel Encased Fob
1- Eagle I Button
1- AOUW Button
If you would like to see the many relics and coins I have found, please check out my website at http://www.trashandtreasure.weebly.com
Thanks again to everyone. Have a great holiday, a properous New Year and HAPPY HUNTING!
