Doing a refined search ?

How EXACTLY would you section off a house to find a lost wedding ring ?
A friend of mine lost his wedding band 9 years ago. I have made 4 attempts to find it but no luck. I want to section off his yard and COMPLETELY re check it. What and how do you use to thoroughly mark and check out a complete yard ?

My main concern would be 9 years of lawn mowing. It could fling a ring quite a distance. I’d just say persistence is the key to that search. I’m pulling for you. 🤞

Well Don the guy lost it 9 years ago. He came back home from the battle of the bulge and bought it. His wife died 13 years ago. This coming May 21 he will be 100 . I would sure love to give it back to him then :0
