Strange stuff is what it’s all about. This one is from the same location as most of my axes and stone tools. I think it could’ve been some kind of ceremonial bowl. Definitely sandstone

what is the story on it?

Found on the same area as most of my tools and pottery. It is sand stone. I wish I knew it’s full story because I’ve never seen one like it if only the rocks could talk.

The residue is actually from a candle that got knocked over and got wax on it being sandstone it really absorbed it hard to clean but the grooves are 100% the way they were found years ago I don’t see anything that looks newer than the rest. If I scratched that bowl right now it would be so light colored it would look white.
