I can see where they sat smoking their Cuban cigars and using that as an ash tray. You post some strange stuff, I'll give you that.
Strange stuff is what it’s all about. This one is from the same location as most of my axes and stone tools. I think it could’ve been some kind of ceremonial bowl. Definitely sandstone

the age patina looks different in the images to me, comparing the larger 5 grooves to the smaller grooves between them.
The residue is actually from a candle that got knocked over and got wax on it being sandstone it really absorbed it hard to clean but the grooves are 100% the way they were found years ago I don’t see anything that looks newer than the rest. If I scratched that bowl right now it would be so light colored it would look white.
