Does anyone recognize this ring?

I found this today...does the symbol look familiar to anyone? There are 2 inscriptions inside of the ring, one looks like "300" in an oval...the other I cannot read until it is cleaned, but it has a 4 in it

I think its a European silver mark but I forget what country. Im thinking Italian.
