Does anyone know what this stamp/mark means? It's placed underneath a large metal serving tray with handles on both ends

I've only ever seen the mark on electroplated goods from Hong Kong (circa 1980s):

Above the crown, it looks like there's a mark that could possibly be '925' but I'm doubtful about that being an indication for sterling silver, and suspect the tray is silverplate.

Yes, It has a mark over the crown saying 925 but maybe that just means its plated with 925 and not 830? Anyways i really appreciate your help with this. Thank you so much🥰
