i got this in a lot at a auction it looks to be brass on the front it says cts official it is 2 inchs by 1 1/2 inchs made by the whitehead & hoag company in Newark NJ and has the number 75 on the back thank you for any help.

I searched "CTS official pin badge" and found this link (item 189), however it didn't really say anything:

Continued search and amongst all the Cadillac CTS spotted the other link posted. It states: "12 law enforcement badges", but guess they could be wrong on the CTS official badge. I was also thinking Transit System

For your consideration, from a recent estate sale is an Vintage, Original, Heavy Metal, Cleveland Transportation Service Company, Hat Badge #12-244. The estate sale w I got the badge was south of Cleveland and the estate of a man who retired from public transportation in Cleveland, thus my guess that this is from Cleveland Transportation Service. The badge is 1 1/2" high by 3 3/4" wide. The badge has a few paint chips on the front as seen in the photo otherwise it is in very good condition. The hallmark on the back is Whitehead & Hoag.
