✅ SOLVED Does anyone know what kind of lock this is?

Found along bayside yesterday where the water is low. Tons of brick and iron. I’ve pulled bottles from there in the past. At first I thought it may have been a rim lock but there’s no keyhole that I can see even after a partial cleaning. Any insights are very much appreciated. Have a great weekend!
