Does anyone here know Japanese? - Reading Tool Marks

I found this wrench with what I think are Japanese Markings at a recent Sale. The estate sale had a good number of WW2 items, this wrench has just in box of normal tools. Not sure if this could be Military or not? Does one here recognize any of the marks on it? Wrench is fairly large, the open end is about 1 7/8"
