Lately at some parks and beaches I have noticed a marked increase in the amount of Gravity. It is getting harder to walk from the parking lot to the grass or the sand. Is anyone else noticing this?

Thank You for bringing this up!! There is, I believe, a cunning plan put in place by pharmaceutical manufacturers, to create the illusion that all people are gaining weight. And they have, just by chance, available for a price, the perfect antidote pill!!

Forget the military/industrial complex plots, it's now How FAT or OLD You Are!!!

Or this could be, just could also be an alien plot to slow us down so when the invasion arrives we won't be able to chase the little "Gray Guys" down! Think about it!!!

They have cleverly built in a magnetic device into my brand new knee replacement and I know this for a FACT since I can FEEL the magnetic force field when I'm trying to get up from the grass!!!

Re: Does anyone else feel Gravity has increase lately?

I turned 40 a month ago and just got my first pair a prescription glasses in my life this week, bifocals no less. I am finding it increasingly harder to get off my a$$ and go do anything. Gravity is definately increasing and everything is so blurry without my glasses on now that I feel like the Earth is wobbling more then it used too. I wonder if these events could be linked?

You think 40 is bad wait until you hit 50.

You are most right!!! My waist is getting smaller and my gut overhang is increasing. Gotta be something wrong!! But, I think the problem is the wife...I keep telling her to quit washing my clothes in hot water.

I am currently 49 and holding. I plan to stay this way the rest of my life, unless admitting I am older gets me something. ::)

Y'all may be suffering from gravity, however, I, myself, am suffering from sloping...

When I look down I can't see my feet, belt or any other thing because of that great slope :laughing7:

Do see crumbs though...like snow on a mountain crest

Well, it'll get ya senior discounts, but that's about it.

But watch out. When you see a young gal staring at you smiling...and you look back and smile...be prepared for her to say, "You know, you look just like my grandpa." That happened to me. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

"You know, you look just like my grandpa."

Ouch!

The correct reply is: "So you have a hot and sexy grandpa?". :icon_thumleft:

I have never seen so many quitters in all my life. If your not six feet under, then your not six feet under. Stop talking like your in the gravity grave and talk about all the good life that you have left in you.

Nag, nag, nag, You sound just like my nagging old mother whom was SOUR on life before she croaked.Talk like your above ground instead of below ground with this gravity crap.

Well just remember, nobody is middle aged until they start looking back on life instead of ahead.

At 55 I have noticed that everything is uphill both ways. We determined down at the beer joint the other night by applying 3.2 logic that the current gravitational pull of the moon, co-aligned with the relative barometric pressure, has combined with the effect of the Perseid meteor shower to produce this effect. It should fade away in a day or two. Who knows what's next.
